Speak Up a partner of the Positive Vibrations album
Fans of Positive Vibrations had to wait three years for this anniversary edition.
The tenth issue of this series, which has reached cult status on the Polish market
appeared halfway through June of this year. As usual, it is varied, modern, rhythmic, classic, mood-setting, energetic and a journey to be discovered.
Positive Vibrations is a compilation released for the past 13 years (since 1997) by STX Records, a STX JAMBOREE Group. The newest version, released for the first time, with the cooperation of EMI Music Poland.
Up to now, there have been 9 issues on the marked as well as an eleven disk Anthology Vol. 1-5, which reached Gold status in 2004, and three theme based Positive Vibrations: Dance, Live and Classics.
Positive Vibrations are new sounds, club and dance music, funk, acid jazz, soul, bossa-nova, trip hop, chillout and smooth jazz.
The line up of the Positive Ten are absolute gems - assures Stanisław Trzciński, the creator and producer of the album. It's not lacking for classic genres such as: Aretha Franklin, Tom Jones, Chaka Khan, Quincy Jones or Bob Marley, as well as artist of the younger generation such as Erykah Baku, Roisin Murphy, Puppini Sisters, The Thing Things, Noisettes or Sara Bareilles. A Polish accent is added by Urszula Dudziak. The icing on the cake, however, is the, first time ever in Poland, license for a track by Prince! As always you can expect a great mix of music without the slightest compromise, and a special Bonus CD, which for most fans of Positive Vibrations will be a surprise.
It's jokingly perverse subtitle "anything but chillout" speaks for itself.
It will be a presentation of surprising music and definitely different from the one to which the listeners and fans of Positive Vibrations are used to.
