Recruitment processes at Speak Up usually consist of few stages, so we can assess the candidates’ competences and employ people who will fit best in our organisational culture. Multistage recruitment also helps the potential employee to understand our core values.

We read all received résumés and choose those that best meet the requirements listed in our job offer. We are objective, and we protect the confidentiality of your data. We kindly inform that only selected candidates will be contacted.
We contact selected candidates on the phone. During the conversation, we discuss the candidate’s expectations and if they are similar to what we can offer, the candidate is invited for a longer interview. The interviews may take place in one of our offices or via Skype/phone.
